C.C. BRUCE JNR.
CC Bruce Jnr is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of the United Kingdom and specialized in Life Insurance.
He is the Group Chief Operations Officer of the Enterprise Group before which he served as the Executive Director, Enterprise Life Assurance Company. He has had over thirty (30) years’ experience in the insurance industry and serves as the current Chairman of the Life Council of Ghana Insurance Association of Ghana and Vice President of Ghana Insurance Association. He was recently re-elected as the Chairman of AIO and Life Committee of the African Insurance Organization.
C.C started his insurance career with the Great African Insurance Company in 1981. He Joined the Company 6 months after operations started and worked in the Life, Fire and Marine Departments. He was also with the Donewell Insurance Company between 1992 and 2000, having served as a pioneer staff and as Chief Manager (Underwriting) responsible for both Life and Non-Life Technical Departments.
C.C was also the pioneer CEO of the Enterprise Life which is the fastest growing Life Assurance Company in Ghana and ranked no.1 in the Financial Services Sector and no. 3 overall in the 2011 Ghana Top 100 corporate ranking.
C.K Bruce has over 20 years’ of IT experience. His professional experiences are in Information Security management, ISO 27001 implementation, IT auditing, governance and IT project management. He is also a lead trainer in areas of IT risk, Information security, IT audit and IT governance. He has an extensive track record of having trained and mentored over 400 technology assurance professionals over the years.
He is a founding member and Past President of ISACA Accra Chapter, the global professional body for IT Auditors and information security professionals. He has served on a number of ISACA roles on the global and continental level, including as ISACA Africa Lead, responsible for business development for sub-Saharan Africa.
CK is also a member of Microsoft Outside Counsel Network, where he has done a number of high-level policy focused engagements. He was Lead Project Executive for a number of key large public sector eGovernment projects namely the Ghana Government Enterprise Architecture (GGEA) and the eGovernment Interoperability Framework (eGIF) where he developed the information security aspects of the project.
CK has undertaken information security consulting engagements across industries namely banking, IT services, education, government, and maritime.
He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars covering topics around information security, IT governance, IT risk and audit.
CK serves on a number of corporate boards in Ghana including Interpay Ghana, NDL Ltd and Innovare Ghana. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Education, University of Ghana. He is also a member of the Committee of Co-operation between Law Enforcement Agencies and the Banking Community (COCLAB).
CK is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Informtion Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Prince2 Practitioner, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, an IT Governance & Information/Cyber Security Consultant, IT Auditor, IT Project Manager and a Trainer.
Perpetua is an enthusiastic, dedicated, bilingual lawyer with extensive experience in negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts, arbitration, litigation, company secretarial practice and customer care. She is an exceptional leader who has developed and motivated others to achieve targets. Some of her previous positions were with Ghana Telecom (now Vodafone) and Enterprise Group. She has her 1st degree in French before completing her law degree and being called to the bar. She also has an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management. She is currently the Managing Counsel at Peakson Law Consult.
PIETER DU TOIT
Mr. Pieter du Toit holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of NWU. He is currently the Managing Director of AO Group of South Africa, an ICT firm providing technology services to the private sector. He is also part of a number of Mobile platform start-up projects in South Africa. Pieter has 14 years’ experience in deal structuring, direct sales and business development, he is passionate about growth in Africa and recognizes the opportunities within the continent specifically with regards to Security, Consulting and Technology.
Ebo Richardson is a transformational IT leader and management professional with over 15 years commercial experience, and a proven track record in IT strategy and governance, audit and assurance, operational risk management, and program management / solution delivery. He had his education and training in Applied Computing & Information Systems and Audit & Assurance, Project & Program Management, Relationship & Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, and Business Process Analysis. He is a certified Information Systems Auditor (IS Assurance, Control, and Governance), Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation Certified , Professional Member, British Computer Society. He is currently the Chief Information Officer of Barclays Bank Ghana. His previous roles have been with corporates like Vodafone Ghana, NCL Ghana, Tigo Ghana (now AirtelTigo), Alliance & Leicester Plc. UK, KPMG Llp (IT Advisory), UK, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Llp, UK & Netherlands.
